getting old
What will you do when you realize that you are not young anymore???
Just it was about 10 minutes ago, my friend found white hair in my hair. I was shock*not in dramatic action of course^^* but it was really ‘attack’ my mindset about ageless.
Yes, Maybe just like many woman whose scare facing her senescent, I tried hard to keep my youngness^^. With drink a lot of fresh water( 8-10 glass a day), eating fresh fruit, yoga, refreshing, and from sexual life I do it routine 3 times a week. But why my white hair still come up??? Just 4 month before I turn to 30…
Maybe I should be prepare from now that I ‘ll find more white hair on it, so it will no more panic attack^^
Ahhh…so glad to be getting old hah???
